Arsenal take on Inter Milan in the UEFA Champions League at the San Siro
Arsenal travel to the San Siro to take on Simone Inzaghi’s Inter Milan side, the Italian champions. The Gunners and the Nerazzurri both have huge domestic tests at the weekend as Mikel Arteta’s side travel to Stamford Bridge whilst Napoli are opponents of Inter in a top-of-the-table clash.
Arsenal will be without Declan Rice for the game after the England international suffered a minor issue in the game with Newcastle – there is hope he will return for the Chelsea clash this weekend. Meanwhile, Martin Odegaard has recovered from a long-term ankle injury and travelled with the group after completing training this week.
A win for the Gunners would take them above Inter Milan in the table and represent a serious boost to their hopes of finishing in the top eight of the league phase of the revamped competition. Inter have their own injury concerns and both sides therefore are expected to field some rotated players for the game.

A decent night Gabriel and Saliba who were both good for #AFC. Still yet to be fully convinced by Mikel Merino regardless of how soft the penalty was.
