Agreement ✅ Arsenal launch ambitious loan bid for Eduardo Camavinga but Real Madrid unlikely to even contemplate letting midfielder go
Arsenal have launched an ambitious loan move for Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga
The Gunners have already bolstered their options in the January window, signing Leandro Trossard from Brighton.
But Arsenal are also looking to strengthen their midfield, with manager Mikel Arteta and transfer chief Edu seeing Camavinga as the perfect fit.
However, according to talkSPORT’s transfer expert Alex Crook, the Gunners aren’t likely to get this ‘ambitious’ move over the line.

He also stated it’s highly unlikely Real Madrid ‘would even contemplate’ letting go of the 20-year-old, as they look to push to win the LaLiga title over rivals Barcelona.
Since signing from Rennes in 2021 for £34.4m on a six-year deal, the Frenchman has played 66 games for Los Blancos, scoring twice and recording three assists.
This season he’s made 26 appearances, starting 11 of those fixtures.
Crook says it’s highly unlikely Camavinga will go to Arsenal on loan
Camavinga was then picked for Didier Deschamps’ France World Cup side for Qatar 2022 and made two appearances, including coming on in the final against Argentina to help force the South Americans into extra time and penalties.
However, despite being unable to earn himself a permanent spot in the LaLiga side’s starting XI, Carlo Ancelotti is clearly keen to keep him involved at the Santiago Bernabeu
