Liverpool are one of 'several' European teams keeping a 'close watch' on AC Milan starlet Rafael Leao, according to reports.
The 23-year-old has excelled with the Rossoneri since moving from Lille in the summer of 2019, playing a starring role in the club's first Serie A title since 2011 last campaign.
His fine form has continued this campaign as he's already bagged 12 goal contributions in 13 games for the Italian giants, the type of form which has seen him linked with a big-money move away from the San Siro.
According to Calciomercato (via Teamtalk), Liverpool are among a number of top European sides weighing up on whether to make a move for the Portugal international.
Milan are said to currently be engaged in discussions with his agent Jorge Mendes over extending his contract, which is due to expire in the summer of 2024 and is said to have a release clause of around £130m
