An update on the future of Naby Keita

According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, Naby Keita regards Monday's match against Manchester United as a very important one for his future.

Keita was left on the bench against Crystal Palace and will want a starting role in the match tomorrow. The midfielder scored in this fixture last season and produced a great performance.

It has been rumoured that Keita is unhappy with his current situation at Liverpool and wants to be playing more. Liverpool want to extend his contract, but talks have stalled accoring to reports.

Waiting for Jude?

Liverpool are said to be waiting until next summer to make a bid for Jude Bellingham as they believe Borussia Dortmund will be more open to selling the midfielder then.

The problem with that is that other clubs will be well in for him too and Real Madrid have made their intentions known with the sale of Casemiro. The European champions have prioritised the signing of Bellingham for next summer, like Liverpool.

The 20-year-old has caught the eye since his £4.5 million move to Brighon and Liverpool are reportedly keen on securing his services as their pursuit of Jude Bellingham is likely to go into next summer.
