According to reports, Borussia Dortmund are interested in signing Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita after the player expressed his 'unhappiness' at his situation
There have been cries from Liverpool fans all summer to add reinforcements to the midfield department, but, so far, Jurgen Klopp has resisted. However, after Monday's loss at Manchester United and Keita's injury, Liverpool may be forced back into the transfer market.
It is believed that Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham is Klopp's primary target for Liverpool, but a move for the England international won't be made until next summer after the German club sold Erling Haaland to Manchester City this summer.
However, with Dortmund's interest in Keita, could Liverpool try and strike a deal for Bellingham at the same time? It seems very unlikely despite how much sense it may make.
