Manchester United transfer news LIVE De Jong to Man United plus Ronaldo and Memphis Depay news

Manchester United are waiting for a breakthrough with priority transfer target Frenkie de Jong as his proposed move from cash-strapped Catalan giants Barcalona continues to drag on.

Speculation over Cristiano Ronaldo and his future with United continues to mount, meanwhile, and the five-time Ballon d'Or winner winner has expressed his desire to leave. However, the club insist Ronaldo will not be sold as a number of clubs have been linked with his signature.
